All meeting (except where noted) are held at the Glen Ellyn Public Library,
400 Duane, off Main, north of Roosevelt Rd. (RT 38), just west of HWY 355
Meetings start at 10:00, Networking begins at 9:30 and continues at lunch
| April 9, 2008 | Bonnie McCaffery will be joining us with a film crew to film a VidCast. She would like to video the show and tell. Each person could talk briefly about their piece. She will need permission from each person to use the video of their piece. It would be very helpful if you bring a hi res quality image of the pieces being shown. Bring a CD of your piece to the meeting or they can go with the quality of the video/photo shot at the meeting. Anyone not wishing to be video-taped can just let her know. | April 14, 2008 | Mini-workshop exploring projects from the book, "THE PAINTED QUILT" by Linda & Laura Kemshall. All member are invited to join us at The Siena Center in Racine, WI from 9AM to 4PM. Our cost to use the large room is only $6 per person and we will bring our own bag lunch. |

Members gather at a local restaurant after the meeting to discuss quilt related topics and enjoy the camaraderie. Past subjects of discussion include: photography, pattern publishing, shipping, teaching contracts and any other topic that is of current concern to those in attendance. It has been said that lunch is the best part of the meeting!
