QUILT SLEEVE

A four-inch sleeve must be attached to the top of the back of each entry for hanging.
Make sleeves, as you are accustomed to with the following adjustments.

  1. Sleeve should measure 4” top to bottom.
  2. Sleeve should be a maximum, 1” from each end of width of quilt. This helps to hide the hanging slats.
  3.  Sleeve should have ½” ease at top. This ensures the quilt hangs flat against the wall. That easement should be 1” from top of quilt.
  4. WOODEN SLAT SHOULD HAVE A HOLE DRILLED A HALF INCH IN FROM EACH EDGE OF SLAT.
